1 About Us Accel Custom Rehab, LLC is a provider of complex, Group 3, powered wheelchairs. We work with doctors, home health agencies and therapists, who refer patients to us, to provide custom sizing and peripherals, so that each chair is custom fitted to the patient. Appropriate functionality is a priority so that each patient may function seamlessly within their home.

Our approach:

Identify the need while keeping the "big picture" in mind
Perform an in home evaluation to ensure accomodations are met
Coordinate LCMP & Face to Face evaluations
Obtain all neccessary documentation and process billing claims
Order a custom wheelchair based on Doctor's prescription
