Our aim is to assist patients with mobility limitations, to lead active, healthy and comfortable lives via customized mobility equipment.

     Our approach:

1. Identify the need while keeping the "big picture" in mind
2. Perform an in home evaluation to ensure accomodations are met
   
3. Coordinate LCMP & Face to Face evaluations
4. Obtain all neccessary documentation and process billing claims
5. Order a custom wheelchair based on Doctor's prescription
